Q: How long does the product I ordered take to receive?

A: Each product is made specifically for your order! On each product page, there is Shipping Times where it discloses how long it will take to make your item and be shipped out to you.

Q: If I order more than one item, will shipping costs be combined?

A: Yes! If you order more then one product, you will receive a refund for the over payment.

Q: My product hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

A: You will be emailed throughout the process of your product being made. You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped so you can track when you can expect to receive it.

Q: My tracking says delivered, but it was stolen or lost, what do I do?

A: Please email me immediately if you have no received your item by the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Q: I want something custom made, what do I do?

A: Email me! I am able to make nearly anything you have envisioned. Send me an email or submit a request on the contact form and I will be in touch to make your vision become a reality.

Q: I want a refund/exchange, what do I do?

A: Each item is made specifically for you after you order. You are kept in the loop during each step of the product production, if you are completely unsatisfied when you receive the it, please email me so we can find a resolution.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: You have 12 hours after you place your order to cancel for a full refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay your order via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash app- please email prior.

Q: What is the difference between Vinyl and Screen print Ink

A: Vinyl is material that is heat pressed onto the garment, while screen print ink is set within the garment. Over time Vinyl can potentially peel while screen print ink does not.
